The esteemed annual real estate awards, known as the “CREDAI Bengal Realty Awards 2023,” are in their seventh year and are presented by CREDAI Bengal, the premier association of real estate developers with its headquarters in Kolkata. A city chapter of the national association for real estate developers, CREDAI, is connected to CREDAI Bengal.
We consider ourselves very lucky to have “The Times of India” as our media partner for the event once again this year. The great event took place on December 19, 2023, at 7 p.m. at the Glorious Taj Bengal in Kolkata, under the distinguished attendance of Papa CJ Comedian, Executive Coach, Author, and Sidharth Pansari, President of Credai Bengal India.
Papa CJ expressed,” It is my first time participating in an event of this nature, and I am delighted to be a part of it. These award shows will help this agency expand.”
The winner was chosen after a rigorous procedure. A lot of attention was placed on the nomination process, where careful attention to detail was used in the documentation and papers needed to prove the project’s validity. Subsequently, the construction site(s) inspection constituted the foundation for project shortlisting. The winning scores were finally announced during a grand jury round that involved in-person encounters between the jurors and the contestants.
Several CREDAI Bengal members have been actively vying for this year’s awards.
Sidharth Pansari ,President of Credai Bengal India added, “Over the years, our members have fiercely disputed our awards, which have garnered widespread recognition for a rigorous and open judging procedure. EY adhered to the same strict judging guidelines this time around, making sure that every consideration was examined when choosing the winners.”
