ibis Kolkata Rajarhat is delighted to announce a special Women’s Day Celebration event, “Women in Uniform: Beyond Boundaries,” scheduled for March 5, 2024. The event will honor and felicitate approximately half a dozen remarkable women achievers in uniform, alongside eminent guests from sectors like Dr. Rupali Basu, Managing Director of Woodlands Hospital, Dr. Sushmita Roy Chowdhury , DIRECTOR PULMONOLOGY, MBBS, MD, FRCP (Edin), HERMES Diplomate , Doma Wang, Owner ,”The Blue PoppyThakali”, Chef , Ms. Indira Mukherjee, Deputy Commissioner of Police of Bidhannagar , Captain Samridhi Mahajan , Junior First Officer at IndiGo (InterGlobe Aviation Ltd), Nazia Elahi Khan , Senior Lawyer at The Supreme Court will lead the felicitation ceremony, Divya Agarwal Owner Eventech , Shalini Srivastava influencer and the event will take place from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM.

“The emergence of women in traditionally male-dominated fields, particularly those requiring uniforms, marks a significant stride toward gender equality and societal evolution. Their increasing presence not only diversifies the workforce but also serves as a beacon of empowerment and inspiration for future generations. We are glad to invite and honor such women of courage and integrity on this Women’s Day,” says Ms. Amita Mishra.
