Kulture – Specialty Coffee & Bistro, located in the heritage Chowringhee Mansions on Park Street, has announced The Great Monsoon Pizza Festival, running from 15th to 31st July. The festival highlights some of Kulture’s signature Roman-style pizzas, inviting guests to enjoy bold flavours and monsoon comfort in a heritage setting marked by high ceilings, arched balconies, vintage doors, Moroccan tiles, and large windows that open to sweeping views of the city’s bridges and the Victoria Memorial.
Kulture’s Roman-style pizzas are made using artisanal high-protein flour, Italian Pelati tomatoes, a blend of imported and Indian cheese, cold-pressed Spanish olive oil, and fresh seasonal produce — resulting in crisp, golden crusts and flavour-rich toppings.
At Kulture, guests can try favourites like the spicy and zesty Cajun Prawn Pizza; the tropical Bali Pizza; the overloaded Il Padrino Pizza; the French-inspired Tuna Niçoise Pizza; the Bufala Pizza loaded with buffalo mozzarella cheese (veg); the Padana Pizza (veg), made with feta, spinach, olives, and caramelised onions — among others.
“Our Roman pizzas are all about flavour without fuss — crispy crusts, bold toppings, and honest ingredients,” said Subham Das, Co-Founder of Kulture. Joysree Mallick, Co-Founder and Menu Curator, added, “Each pizza we’ve highlighted captures a distinct mood — from spicy to creamy, fresh to indulgent.”
Kulture offers a unique vantage point to enjoy the monsoon — blending old-world charm with contemporary flavours, just above the bustle of Park Street.
