Recognizing this opportunity, the two homegrown powerhouses are coming together to reimagine and reposition Kolkata Biryani as a brand with both heart and scale.
The journey begins with the opening of a flagship Hanglaatherium outlet at Jessore Road, directly opposite Diamond Plaza, marking the brand’s first entry into North Kolkata. This outlet is expected to set the tone for future developments under this collaboration.
