Spanning six days from Panchami to Dashami, the buffet celebrates Bengal’s rich culinary traditions with a lavish spread of delicacies that change daily. Guests can look forward to festive welcome drinks like *Gandharaj Lebur Sorbot, Pudina Sikanji and Gur Pudina Sorbot, followed by an array of starters ranging from Mocha Narkeler Chop, Curry Pata Musoor Dal Vada, Chicken Foul Cutlet, Kucho Chingrir Cutlet, Maacher Dimer Vada to Dim Murgir Devil.
The feast continues with a hearty line-up of mains such as Gobindo Bhog Ghee Bhaat, Dhakai Sabji Pulao, Basanti Pulao, Pudina Laccha Paratha, and Radhaballavi. Vegetarian favourites include Mohini Moong Dal, Shuktoni, Aloo Jhinga Posto, Mochar Ghanto, Chanar Paturi and Potoler Dolma. For non-vegetarian indulgences, there’s Katla Bhapa, Aar Maacher Tel Jhol, Chicken Rezala, Dhonepata Kancha Lonka Murgi, Kasha Mangsho, Murshidabadi Murgi, Kalo Bhuna Mangsho, and Faridpuri Marich Mangsho.
