CREDAI Kolkata, the apex body representing the real estate developers of the city, hosted the 9th Edition of the CREDAI Kolkata Realty Awards 2025, a prestigious platform dedicated to recognising excellence, innovation and leadership in the real estate sector across Kolkata, North 24 Parganas and South 24 Parganas. The awards continue to uphold their legacy of celebrating projects and professionals who have contributed significantly to the region’s evolving real estate landscape.
The evening witnessed the presence of eminent personalities, including renowned stand-up comedian, writer and YouTuber Biswa Kalyan Rath, along with Mr. Apurva Salarpuria, President, CREDAI Kolkata. Mr. Ashok Saraf and Mr Pramod Ranjan Dwivedi, both Vice Presidents of CREDAI Kolkata also graced the occasion alongwith Kolkata’s top real estate developers, marking the culmination of an evening that celebrated industry excellence and collective achievement.

The CREDAI Kolkata Realty Awards 2025 honoured exemplary real estate projects across 18 categories, highlighting best practices in design, construction quality, sustainability, innovation and customer-centric development. The awards, with around 70+ nominations were adjudicated by an independent and distinguished panel of jury members comprising experts from diverse domains, ensuring a transparent and credible evaluation process.
Over the years, the CREDAI Kolkata Realty Awards have emerged as one of the most sought-after and credible recognitions in the regional real estate sector. The 9th edition once again served as a platform for industry stakeholders to come together, exchange insights and celebrate the progress and resilience of Kolkata’s real estate ecosystem.
