Guru Nanak Institute of Hotel Management (GNIHM) under JIS Group hosted its highly anticipated annual Food Festival, “AMALGAM 2024”. The event showcased the institution’s commitment to excellence in Hospitality, Hotel Management, and Catering Technology while providing a platform for professionals and students to showcase their skills and creativity. AMALGAM 2024 was attended by various School Principals, Students, Hoteliers, Management Staffs, Education Department, Officials from the Ministry of Tourism, Govt. of India. The event also attracted esteemed dignitaries including Renowned Actor Abir Chatterjee; Renowned Singer, Sidhu and Celebrity Chef, Kunal Kapoor. The event was further elevated with a mesmerisng performance by renowned singer Shayne Hyrapiet, adding to the excitement and glamour of the evening.
