Healthcare Scan Diagnostics launches Dementia Clinic, organizes Free Dementia Care Giver Workshop to raise awareness

In recognition of World Alzheimer’s Day, Healthcare Scan Diagnostics has announced the launch of a specialized Dementia Clinic. This state-of-the-art clinic, headed by Dr. Haseeb Hassan, Consultant Senior Neurologist specializing in epilepsy, and supported by Dr. Sinjan Ghosh, Consultant Neurologist with 15 years of experience in Cognitive and Behavioural Neurology, will provide expert care in dementia, stroke, epilepsy, movement disorders, and other memory-related conditions.

A Free Dementia Caregiver Workshop was also organized to provide Essential Training and Support for individuals caring for those with Alzheimer’s disease.

Located at Healthcare Scan Diagnostics, 180 AJC Bose Road, the Dementia Clinic will provide comprehensive diagnostic, assessment, and counselling services for individuals facing memory impairments and cognitive conditions, including Alzheimer’s. Equipped with advanced technology, the clinic aims to deliver precise and timely care, helping patients and their families navigate the complexities of dementia.

To support caregivers and healthcare professionals, Healthcare Scan Diagnostics will also be hosting free dementia caregiver workshops in future, led by distinguished experts, including Dr. Haseeb Hassan, Consultant Senior Neurologist and Director of Healthcare Scan Diagnostics, and Dr. Sujata Das, Consultant Neuropsychologist from RN Tagore Hospital.
