Texmaco and Ampin Energy Forge Path to Sustainable Future with Open Access Solar Power Project in Chhattisgarh

Texmaco Rail & Engineering Ltd., an Advenz Group company, leading industrial conglomerate, proudly announced a groundbreaking equity partnership with Ampin Energy Transition Pvt. Ltd. for a 10 MW open access group captive solar power project in Chhattisgarh. The official agreement was signed by Mr. Sudipta Mukherjee, Managing Director, Texmaco Rail & Engineering Ltd. and Mr. Pinaki Bhattacharyya, Managing Director & CEO, Ampin Energy.

This strategic collaboration between Texmaco and Ampin Energy signifies a momentous step in Texmaco’s ongoing commitment to sustainable energy practices. The partnership not only underscores the potential of clean energy but also sets the stage for future initiatives that can redefine corporate approaches to sustainability. The planned 10 MW solar power project, once operational, will seamlessly integrate into Texmaco’s operations at Raipur (Urla plant), further solidifying the company’s dedication to responsible and environmentally conscious practices.
