“Ibis Kolkata Rajarhat Welcomes the Festive Season with Durga Puja Mahabhoj Thali”

Ibis Kolkata Rajarhat recently celebrated the festive spirit of Durga Puja with the launch of its special Durga Puja Mahabhoj Thali, marking Bengal’s most awaited festival. Durga Puja, a time to rejoice in the triumph of good over evil, brings together friends, family, and, most importantly, delicious food. To honor this festive occasion, Ibis Kolkata Rajarhat introduced a unique culinary experience that showcased the finest Bengali flavors.

The initiative aimed to immerse guests in the joyous atmosphere of Durga Puja while treating them to an exquisite feast. The Mahabhoj Thali took food enthusiasts on a gastronomic journey through Kolkata’s rich and authentic culinary heritage. This offering from Ibis Kolkata Rajarhat successfully blended tradition and indulgence, ensuring guests had a memorable and festive dining experience.
The Durga Puja Mahabhoj Thali at Ibis Kolkata Rajarhat featured a special menu crafted for the occasion. Known for serving Bengali cuisine throughout the year, the hotel delighted guests with an even more elaborate selection during Durga Puja. Whether locals or tourists, everyone enjoyed these flavorful and traditional dishes. The special menu included:

“Flavours of Bengal” with Rose sharbat, shukto, lau-shaak, aloo jhuri bhaja, begun bhaja, potol bhaja, lonka bata murgi, mutton golbari, rui macher bhaja, aloo-potol chingri, tomato chutney, basanti pulao/Bengali fried rice, steamed rice, luchi, bhaja moong dal kodaishuti diye, sandesh, rajbhog, misti doi, payesh, and misti pan.
Guests indulged in the Veg Mahabhoj Thali for 2 priced at ₹1299 + 18% tax, the Non-Veg Mahabhoj Thali for 2 at ₹1799 + 18% tax, or the Midnight Buffet for 2 at ₹999 + 18% tax.

Speaking about the event, Ms. Amita Mishra, General Manager of Ibis Kolkata Rajarhat, expressed her gratitude, saying, “We were thrilled to host our Mahabhoj Thali feast in honor of Durga Puja.
