Annantaa – Power of the Mind recently hosted “The Common Thread – Together for Tomorrow’s Wellness”, a transformative wellness conclave in Kolkata that sparked powerful conversations around mental and emotional well-being. Founded by Madhuri Sarda and co-founded by Vidhi Bansal, Annantaa is led by two dynamic mental health professionals who bring deep compassion, clinical expertise, and a transformative approach to emotional healing. Madhuri, a psychologist and belief system enhancer, empowers individuals to rewrite inner narratives for a fulfilling life, while Vidhi, a gifted psychotherapist, is known for her intuitive and client-centred practice that fosters mental clarity and emotional resilience. “Our mission is to make mental wellness essential, accessible, and empowering,” said Madhuri Sarda, reflecting the core philosophy that guides Annantaa’s work. Together, they have created Annantaa as a safe, empowering space dedicated to emotional care for all.

Through expert-led discussions and guided healing sessions, participants explored how early life experiences and limiting beliefs affect present-day mental patterns. The conclave featured a deeply impactful experiential session by Mr. Yuvraj Kapadia, Founder and Director of Ekaa Foundation, who helped participants access deeper emotional clarity. As Yuvraj Kapadia reflected, “The day we understand the mind as the invisible body and the body as the visible mind will we truly appreciate the magnificence of being human.” He further emphasized, “For the human potential to be fully maximized, the appropriate formatting and integration between the software of the human mind and hardware of the human brain is imperative.” Celebrated actor and author Divya Dutta also shared her personal insights on resilience and emotional strength, inspiring attendees with her candour and warmth.

Designed as an immersive and therapeutic experience, the event brought together voices from psychology, education, and the healing arts to create a safe space for self-reflection and inner healing. The event addressed the growing need for emotional awareness and community connection in a fast-paced world.

Annantaa is known for its work in mental wellness through therapy, workshops, clinical hypnotherapy, and corporate programs. The organization regularly collaborates with schools, colleges, and workplaces to make emotional care more accessible. “My mission is to help people heal by being seen, heard, and supported,” said Vidhi Bansal, highlighting the heart-centred approach that defines her work and Annantaa’s impact.

“This event truly reflects our vision at Annantaa—to break the silence around mental health and create a community rooted in compassion and understanding,” said the core members of Annantaa. “We’re proud to have offered a space where healing conversations could unfold.” Annantaa now aims to scale its efforts through digital platforms, outreach programs, and institutional partnerships across sectors.
