Bisk Farm Marks Silver Jubilee with Ambitious Growth Targets and National Expansion

Bisk Farm, one of India’s most loved bakery and biscuit brands under SAJ Food Products Private Limited, celebrated its 25th anniversary by announcing major milestones and sharing a vision for its future at a press conference today held in Kolkata.

The event was graced by Iconic Indian Cricketer Sourav Ganguly, Mr. Arpan Paul, Executive Chairman of SAJ Food Products Private Limited, and Mr. Vijay Singh, Managing Director. Bisk Farm’s journey from a regional favourite to a nationally recognized name was highlighted during the session, as the company shared insights into its achievements and strategic roadmap.

The company revealed that it had crossed a turnover of Rs. 2,000 crore and aimed to reach Rs. 5,000 crore within the next five years. With a current 4% market share in India’s organized biscuit market, & being the Number 2 in East India, Bisk Farm has set its sights on further expansion, backed by robust product innovation and brand evolution.

In a significant development, the management shared its intention to go for an Initial Public Offering (IPO) in the next 5 years , to facilitate smooth transition and better governance. The company also announced the upcoming launch of its 8th manufacturing facility in Guwahati, further strengthening its operational capacity across the country in QTR1 FY’27

To mark a new chapter, Biskfarm introduced its new brand ambassador and unveiled revamped packaging across its product range, reflecting a refreshed corporate identity that aligns with its forward-looking strategy.

Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Arpan Paul, Executive Chairman of SAJ Food Products Private Limited, said, “This milestone is not just a celebration of our past but a commitment to the future. Over the last 25 years, Biskfarm has earned the love and trust of millions of consumers. As we step into this new phase, we are focused on scaling up, innovating continuously, and becoming a household name across every corner of the country.”
