To see our senior citizens enjoying with such enthusiasm is proof enough that age is merely a number if one keeps the spirit to live well alive. This kind of event gives a platform for more camaraderie and allow our senior citizens to  be part of the mainstream. By honouring the zeal and spirit of our seniors, we hope to encourage the youth to learn about the value of integral health and to perceive aging as no limitation, but rather as a life full of promise, dignity, and joy.”
