To celebrate its 10-year anniversary, fintech giant Cashfree Payments has announced a special campaign for online merchants across India. Businesses that get onboarded on Cashfree Payments by 31st December 2025 will be able to access its payment gateway solutions at 1.6%, the best payment gateway rate ever offered for startups in India, valid for the next one full year. By lowering payment costs, the initiative aims to directly improve margins for startups, D2C brands, MSMEs, and e-commerce businesses, enabling them to grow faster in India’s booming digital economy. Launched ahead of the festive season, when online demand typically peaks, the campaign comes as a timely opportunity for businesses to boost sales.

Commenting on the milestone, Akash Sinha, Co-founder & CEO of Cashfree Payments, said: “Building a business from the ground up is never easy, and we’ve lived that journey ourselves. Over the past decade, challenges, tough choices, and breakthroughs have shaped who we are today. Having walked that path, we understand the resilience it takes to scale and sustain, which is why we feel a deep connection with the founders, and startups, writing their own stories. India’s spirit of innovation has never been stronger, and this campaign is our humble way of celebrating that energy by giving back to the community that has trusted us. With a full year runway, businesses will have the space to test, grow, and scale fearlessly, while we take care of all their payments needs.”
Cashfree Payments has become a trusted payments partner for over 800,000 businesses, including Zomato, Zepto, Nykaa, and MakeMyTrip, among others. Kolkata, known for its thriving entrepreneurial ecosystem and fast-growing base of digital-first merchants, forms a crucial part of Cashfree Payments’ merchant network. This anniversary campaign not only marks a milestone for the company but also opens the door for thousands of aspiring entrepreneurs to scale their digital businesses with greater ease, confidence, and long-term growth potential.
