Blasters Sports celebrated the successful conclusion of its Season 2025–26 with a grand Award Ceremony, recognising the exceptional performances of teams and individual players while announcing an exciting roadmap for the upcoming cricket season.
The tournament witnessed enthusiastic participation from professionals representing leading IT and corporate organisations, alongside local clubs and independent teams, highlighting the growing popularity of Blasters Sports across Kolkata’s cricketing community.
Among the top honours, TCS emerged as the Season Champions after a dominant campaign, while Infosys finished as the Runners-up. HSBC received the Fair Play Award for demonstrating exemplary discipline, sportsmanship, and commitment to the spirit of the game throughout the tournament.
The ceremony was graced by Dipanjan Mukherjee, Premier Division cricketer and a member of the Sanchi Rarh Tigers, champions of the 2026 Bengal Pro T20 League. As the Guest of Honour, he felicitated the winners and encouraged aspiring cricketers to continue pursuing the sport with dedication, making the most of competitive platforms such as Blasters Sports.
Individual awards were also presented to recognise excellence in batting, bowling, all-round performance, emerging talent, and consistent contributions throughout the season.
Speaking on the occasion, Founder Prabir Kr. Chatterjee, along with core members Akash Chatterjee, Kinshuk Ghosh, Ritesh Rai, and Sayar Nayek, thanked all participating teams, players, match officials, sponsors, and supporters for making the season a grand success. They reaffirmed Blasters Sports’ commitment to strengthening grassroots and corporate cricket in Kolkata through professionally managed tournaments featuring quality grounds, experienced umpires, live scoring via CricHeroes, and a competitive platform for players.
The evening concluded with the presentation of trophies and mementoes, followed by the announcement of Blasters Sports Season 2026–27, with registrations for multiple upcoming tournaments set to open shortly.
