Marking the auspicious occasion of Janmashtami, acclaimed former IPS officer and prominent political leader Mr. Debasish Dhar announced the official release of his latest mythological music video, “Baoul Mon”. The launch took place on Friday, September 4th, 2026, at 7:00 PM at The Spring Club, Kolkata.
The project brings a fresh perspective to devotional and mythological music, featuring Mr. Debasish Dhar, not only lending his voice as a co-singer but also starring in the music video. Partnering with him is celebrated vocalist Chayanika, who has written, composed, and co-sung the track.
Transitioning from a distinguished career in law enforcement as an IPS officer to serving the public in the political arena, Debasish Dhar now explores his artistic roots. The music video blends devotional depth with rich visual storytelling, timed to honour the celebration of Lord Krishna’s birth.
