Finance Minister to visit Kolkata to attend hugely popular Khola Hawa event on 27th February Tuesday

Union Minister of Finance and Corporate Affairs Smt Nirmala Sitharaman on Tuesday will be making an appearance at the Bhasha Bhawan Auditorium, National Library Kolkata under the banner of Khola Hawa and will formulate India’s Growth to make the Eastern region and its people a powerful driver of India’s development to make sure that the states in the region become the engines of growth towards Vikshit Bharat 2047 as stated by finance minister herself during her Interim Budget Presentation.

The important dignitaries will also attend and deliver lectures at the event include Dr. Ashok Kumar Lahiri (former chief economic advisor, GOI)
Tathagata Roy (former governor), and eminent scholar and writer Padmabhushan Dr Swapan Dasgupta.

Khola Hawa is a registered socio-cultural organisation, set up in Kolkata by like-minded citizens in West Bengal headed by by former MP, Padmabhushan Dr Swapan Dasgupta with main objectives to provide a platform to diverse views and cultural activities. established.
