M-Swasth adopts a transformative approach, combining hi-tech telemedicine with a hi-touch E-Clinic model to address healthcare challenges in rural areas. The telemedicine service breaks down barriers, enabling remote individuals to connect with doctors from their homes. A toll-free number is provided for those without smartphones. E-Clinics, managed by qualified nurses, offer preventive and primary care in rural and accessible locations. Serving as a gateway to connect patients with qualified doctors through tablets, E-Clinics also provide free medicines. Prescriptions are sent via SMS to prevent misinformation or incorrect medications.
Addressing healthcare challenges such as accessibility, affordability, acceptability, and awareness, M-Swasth currently serves over 80 lakh customers, conducting more than 30 lakh doctor consultations. The dedicated team of 2300 in-house professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and nurses, along with 2,700+ clinics across India, ensures high-quality healthcare services.
This initiative aligns with the vision of Digital Health Inclusion for All, marking a significant stride towards a healthier and happier future for all in partnership with Paschim Banga Gramin Bank.
